How to Enable Two-Factor (2FA) on Your Sendwave Account


Enabling two-factor authentication on your Sendwave account is easy — it only takes a few taps in the Sendwave app to make your account even more secure.

Once enabled, each time a login attempt is made, you will be prompted to enter a unique code sent directly to your phone number via SMS. As an additional preventative measure, customers enrolled in 2FA will receive SMS notification of successful logins into their account.

1. Log into your Sendwave account.
2. Tap your account icon.
3. Tap the "Enable SMS Login" toggle button.
4. Tap "Enable" to confirm SMS 2FA for logins via your registered Sendwave account mobile number.

That's it! You’ve enabled SMS 2FA and will begin receiving temporary verification codes via SMS each time you log into your app.
