1. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents, and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
Entrants must ensure their participation is lawful in their country of residence. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
The Promoter will not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual's participation, or as to any other aspect of any Promotion
2. Entry Requirements
No purchase necessary. However, internet access and a valid public Instagram account are required.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 00:01 GMT on 04 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 may 2026.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
Log into your Instagram account (or create one for free);
Follow @sendwaveapp;
Find the Promotional Post;
Like the post;
Comment with the “most iconic phrase your mother figure said” and tag 3 friends.
This will count as 1 Main Entry into the Prize Draw.
5. Entry Conditions
Maximum 1 entry per person during the Promotion Period.
Entrants must keep their Instagram profile public, remain followers of @Sendwaveapp, and allow direct messages for at least 5 weeks after the Promotion ends.
Entries must not:
Be offensive, harmful, or inappropriate;
Include third-party brands or copyrighted material;
Promote political agendas;
Be generated or significantly created using AI tools
The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any non-compliant entries.
6. The Prize
There will be 5 winners, each receiving:
$500 valued giftcard from giftgram , (1) giftogram card per winner.
No alternative prize will be offered unless necessary.
7. Prize Conditions
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for other alternatives.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
Winners are responsible for any taxes or charges associated with the Prize (if applicable in their country).
8. Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place within a reasonable timeframe after the Promotion closes.
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the Instagram account used to enter within 5 working days of selection.
Winners must respond within 7 days of initial contact.
If a winner does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Winners will be contacted by the official @Sendwaveapp account, to reduce the potential of participants from falling prey to fraudsters pretending to be Sendwave. Sendwave will not ask for personal financial information as part of this promotion. Sendwave is not responsible for any communications held or actions taken outside of this channel by others trying to impersonate Sendwave.
10. Prize Fulfilment
Prize fulfilment will be arranged within 28 days of acceptance.
If a winner does not receive communication within this period, they must contact the Promoter.
11. Publicity
The Promoter may request winners to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. Participation is voluntary.
12. Fraud & Abuse
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Verify entries and entrants;
Disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, or automated entries;
Disqualify entrants using multiple accounts or identities;
