Sendwave ACH Cashback Rewards Program
US Sendwave customers who deposit funds into their Sendwave Wallet using Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) as their payment method are eligible to participate in the cashback rewards program (the “Program”). The Program offers registered Sendwave customers from the U.S. who deposit funds into their Sendwave Wallet using ACH as their payment method the opportunity to earn promotional cashback rewards on up to their first three (3) qualifying transactions to be used for future transfers.

Program Eligibility; Cancellations Customers participating in the Program will be eligible to receive promotional cashback rewards of up to 3%, up to a maximum lifetime total cashback award of $15, on their first three deposits into their Sendwave Wallet using ACH as their payment method. Deposits using any payment method other than ACH, transactions not made into a Sendwave Wallet, transactions that bring the total cashback award over the lifetime maximum of $15, and deposits made after the Customer’s third ACH deposit will not be eligible for the Program. Customers who are no longer residents of the U.S. at the time a transaction is made will not be eligible for the Program. Determination of eligibility for the Program will be made at Sendwave's sole discretion. Sendwave reserves the right to deduct cashback reward balances if awarded in error or if abuse of the Program is detected. Manipulation of the Program through multiple accounts or cancellations and/or refunds or reversals after receiving cashback may constitute abuse of the Program.
Changes and Termination Sendwave reserves the right to change or terminate the Program at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Sendwave Terms Apply; Availability Cashback rewards are subject to availability and compliance with Sendwave’s Terms and Conditions.
Calculation of Cashback Rewards The amount of promotional cashback rewards available for an eligible ACH deposit to a user’s Sendwave Wallet shall be calculated as three percent (3%) of the amount deposited via ACH, up to a lifetime maximum of $15. The $15 lifetime maximum applies regardless of the total amount deposited, and under no circumstances will cashback awards in excess of $15 be paid under the Program to any customer. The percentage of available promotional cashback for a transaction may vary at Sendwave’s option and there is no guaranteed percentage available at any given time to customers who participate in the Program.
Participating customers who make an eligible ACH deposit will see the amount of cashback reward that is available at the time of their transaction before they confirm any deposit. For example, if the available promotional cashback percentage is 3% and a customer deposits $100 into their Sendwave Wallet using ACH as the designated payment method for the first time, Sendwave will deposit an additional $3 as a promotional balance in the customer’s Sendwave Wallet. The customer may thereafter make up to a further two qualifying ACH deposits into their Sendwave Wallet to earn additional cashback awards, up to the maximum lifetime cashback award of $15. Alternatively, if a customer’s first ACH deposit into their Sendwave Wallet is in the amount of $500, Sendwave will deposit a total of $15 as a promotional cashback balance into the customer’s Sendwave Wallet and no further transactions will qualify for the Program. Cashback rewards will only be applied after the ACH transfer is successful and may take up to 5 business days after the ACH payment has settled to be reflected in the customer’s Sendwave Wallet
Redemption; Eligibility Promotional cashback rewards can be used for future transfers only, cannot be withdrawn, are non-transferrable, and are not redeemable for cash. Failed, unsuccessful, or refunded transfers and transfers completed before the Program was effective will not be eligible for cashback rewards under the Program. Cashback awards earned under the Program may be used in conjunction with other cashback awards that may be offered by Sendwave from time to time.
Expiration Promotional cashback rewards do not have an expiration date.
